2025 Winner

To convey how food brings people together, IGA’s “Paulo’s Wish” spot shows a young son who is negatively affected when his mom and aunt – who began cooking together when they were kids – become estranged. Every day, the boy looks longingly at his aunt’s house across the street. Then, a dish of food appears on their doorstep. Assuming that the aunt dropped it off, the mom then reciprocates. The back-and-forth continues until they come face-to-face with each other and reconcile. The twist at the end? The boy was the one who placed the first dish.
